With Storalla you can add photos and descriptions to items allowing you to create an inventory management system, so you always have a clear picture of what you’ve stored and where it’s stored (the “Service”).
Before using our Service, we encourage you to review this Privacy Policy to ensure that you have understood our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites, applications, or services that display or link to other privacy policies.

Storalla is the data controller of the personal information we hold about you.
Information Collected by Storalla
We collect several types of information from and about users of this Service, including information you provide to us (such as personal and payment information) and usage information (such as information about your internet connection and devices).

- Payment Information: Storalla does not directly collect or store payment details. All subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We receive only confirmation of a successful transaction — we do not see your card details, bank account, or billing information.
Usage information we collect about you
- Usage information regarding your internet connection, devices used to access this Service, and patterns of usage.
- Service activity such as when you fill in a form, conduct a search, update or add information to your Storalla Account, respond to surveys, participate in promotions, or use other features of the Storalla Service.
- Log Data such as details about how a person has used the Service, IP address of the used device, GPS coordinates, browser type or the webpage software information a person has visited before coming to the Service, access dates and times, hardware and software information, device event information and unique identifiers.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies. We use cookies and other similar technologies, such as web beacons, pixels, and mobile identifiers. We may also allow our business partners to use these tracking technologies on the Storalla Service, or engage others to track your behaviour on our behalf. - Payment Transaction Information. Storalla collects information related to your payment transactions through the Storalla Service, including the payment instrument used, date and time, payment amount, payment instrument expiration date and billing postcode, PayPal email address, IBAN information, your address and other related transaction details.
Information Storalla collects from third parties
- Third Party Login Services: if you choose to sign in using Apple or Google, we will receive basic profile information such as your name and email address from that service. This information is used solely to create and manage your Storalla account. What is shared is controlled by Apple or Google and by your privacy settings with those services.
How Storalla Uses the Information We Collect
We use the information gathered from you or provided by you to:
- Enable you to access and use the Service.
- Provide you customer service.
- Operate, protect, improve and optimise the Service and experience such as by performing analytics and conducting research.
- Send you service or support messages, updates, security alerts and account notifications.

Storing and Processing Your Information
Security
Storalla uses appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, change or damage. All personal information we collect will be stored on secure servers and all electronic transactions entered into via our Service will be protected by SSL encryption technology. Period
If you delete your account or your account is terminated, your data (including places, items, photos, and tags) will be retained for 30 days. During this period you may contact us at info@storalla.com to request restoration of your account or an export of your data. After 30 days, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted. Certain data may be retained beyond this period where required by law, for example financial records relating to your subscription. We may anonymise data for analytical purposes, in which case it is no longer personal data and these retention periods do not apply.
